Will the plants you sell really survive a Minnesota winter?
Yes — that's our whole thing. Every plant we stock is proven for USDA zone 4b–5a (Twin Cities metro). If it's not reliable in a typical Minnesota winter, we don't sell it. We lean toward zone 3 and 4 hardy plants to give a safety margin in unusually cold winters.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver across the Twin Cities seven-county metro. Check your zip code at checkout or see the full service area on our Shipping page.
How much does delivery cost?
Free on orders $200+. $39 for orders under $200. Outside-metro quoted individually.
Do you plant the plants for me?
Installation is available as an add-on starting at $10 per plant. Add at checkout or contact us for a custom quote on a larger project.
When is the best time to plant in Minnesota?
Fall (late August through early October) is the ideal planting window for most shrubs and trees — warm soil, cool air, and 6–8 weeks to establish roots before ground freeze. Spring (late April through May) is the second-best window. Avoid midsummer planting when possible.
