Every plant we deliver leaves our care healthy and ready to thrive, and we stand behind it. Here is exactly how we protect your investment, from the moment of delivery through a full year of growth.

1. Arrival Guarantee (free, every order)
Please inspect your plants when they arrive. If anything shows up damaged, incorrect, or unhealthy, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right, a replacement or a refund, your choice. In the Arizona heat, plants cannot sit out for long, so prompt inspection matters.
- If you are home: inspect at delivery and tell us right away if anything is not right.
- If you are not home: we will place your plants in a safe, shaded spot when possible and send delivery photos. You have 24 hours from that delivery to review your order and reach out.
Because our products are live plants, once a plant has been planted, moved, or exposed to environmental stress, the Arrival Guarantee no longer applies, but your 30-Day Plant Health Guarantee (below) takes over from there.
2. 30-Day Plant Health Guarantee (free, every plant)
Every plant we sell is backed by a free 30-day survival guarantee. If your plant does not make it within 30 days of delivery despite proper planting and care, we will replace it. To keep this guarantee fair and to make sure your plant has a real chance to thrive, a few simple requirements apply:
- Plant it in the ground. The plant must be planted in-ground (not left in its container or kept potted) within 7 days of delivery.
- Install irrigation. A drip line or equivalent irrigation must be installed at the plant.
- Follow the care guide. Follow the planting and watering instructions in that plant's product description at ThreeTimbersShop.com. Every plant page includes a care guide.
- Show us. To claim, send dated photos of the planted plant and its irrigation, along with your order number.
A flat $29 replacement-delivery fee applies when we bring out your replacement.
3 & 4. Extended Plant Survival Warranties (optional, paid)
For longer peace of mind, add a Plant Survival Warranty at checkout. Coverage is priced by your order total and comes in two terms:
- 90-Day Survival Warranty extends full survival coverage to 90 days from delivery.
- 1-Year Survival Warranty a full year of survival coverage.
Both extended warranties carry the same simple requirements as the 30-Day guarantee (planted in-ground, irrigation installed, product-page care guide followed, photo proof at claim). The same flat $29 replacement-delivery fee applies.
What is not covered (all tiers)
So we can keep prices low and coverage honest, these warranties do not cover:
- Plants left in their containers or kept potted rather than planted in the ground.
- Damage from over- or under-watering, or from not following the care guide.
- Neglect, transplanting after delivery, or relocation of the plant off the original property.
- Pests, disease introduced after delivery, vandalism, or animal damage.
- Acts of God: frost, freeze, drought, flood, wind, hail, fire, and similar events outside our control.
How to make a claim
- Contact us at the first sign of trouble. The sooner we know, the better the chance we can save your plant.
- Send dated photos of the plant in the ground and its irrigation, plus your order number.
- We will confirm coverage and schedule your replacement. A flat $29 replacement-delivery fee applies.
The fine print
Coverage is limited to one replacement per plant, valued at no more than the original purchase price (excluding labor and delivery). Replacement plants do not start a new warranty period. These warranties are the only warranties we offer; any implied warranties are limited to the applicable coverage period above. Warranties cover the original purchaser and are not transferable. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on live plants after delivery has been accepted, except as described under the Arrival Guarantee above.
